Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Soulivo, we honor the commitment you make to your growth while also recognizing that plans can change. The following policies are designed to keep the process clear and supportive for everyone.
Cancellations

Subscriptions: You may cancel anytime through your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

Courses & Digital Products (one-time purchases): Because access is granted immediately, cancellations after purchase will not revoke access, nor are cancellations possible once the purchase is complete.

Live Sessions (1:1 or group):

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will not incur a fee.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session cannot be refunded.

If you simply need to reschedule, you may do so up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

Refunds

Courses & Digital Products: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase provided you have not completed more than 10% of the course. After this point, refunds will not be issued.

Live Sessions: Refunds are not available for missed sessions unless the cancellation terms above are met.
